Tattooing has become one of the fashion statements in the modern generation and had given rise to an industry itself. Although the mushrooming tattoo parlors can be seen in all major cities, whether they adhere to proper hygienic and industry standards are yet to be determined. As more and more people acquire tattoos, a rising trend in tattoo related infections would also be possible.
